This page describes how to order a KNIME Subscription for KNIME Desktop or KNIME Report Designer.

1. Download
   Download the order form (PDF)
2. Fill in 
   Fill in the order form with personal data, selected subscription type and size, and payment information. Be sure to accept the general terms and conditions and sign the document.
3. Print
   Print the order form by using the print button or the Acrobat Reader print function.
4. Fax it
   Fax the filled-in order form to +41 44 445 2662.
5. Confirmation
   You will receive an invoice and a confirmation letter together with your customer ID.
